C418 - Wanderstop FM [2LP Indie Pink Colored Vinyl, Gatefold]

The radio stations inside the video game Wanderstop have their own collection of music, separate from C418's score for Alta's story. On Wanderstop FM, the composer behind Minecraft's original soundtrack supplies original electronic instrumentals for four fictional in-game stations named after a cat, dog, horse, and cow. The indie exclusive 2LP vinyl record brings selections from those broadcasts to Pink Seed colored vinyl in a gatefold jacket.

The Cat station begins with the short introduction "Channel Whisker" before moving into longer pieces such as "Litter Jitter" and "Kibble Nap." The Dog station switches to "Channel Peanut" and includes "Blanket Pillow Garden" and "Forbidden Chocolate." On the Horse side, "Endless Velocity" and "Triple Skip Method" stretch past five and six minutes, respectively. The Cow station includes "Vinyl Transfer," "Farm Arpeggio," and "Half Speed Tusk," with the side ending with "Memories of the Old One."

These selections were composed for radio broadcasts heard within Wanderstop's world, not for the game's main story scenes. Cat, Dog, Horse, and Cow each occupy one side of the vinyl program, with a brief channel introduction at the start. Lo-fi electronic beats and ambient music establish the fictional stations within the game. The Pink Seed colored discs arrive in a gatefold jacket.
