Shipping
- Free shipping on U.S. orders over $85 (Media Mail or Ground Advantage, Only)
- Standard shipping via USPS, UPS, or FedEx may be available
- Tracking provided with all shipments
- We are currently only shipping to the United States as well as Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Signature Required?
- Typically, orders over $200 will ship "signature required". Orders shipped to Puerto Rico and the U.S.V.I. will also typically be signature required.
- If signature is required and you are not available to sign, you may pick up your package at your local Post Office if shipped via USPS Media Mail. This helps prevent your valuable package from being stolen if it were left in public view. It also helps to protect your vinyl records from potentially damaging weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.).
Returns
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be sealed and in original condition
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is a flat $5.98 for the first item and $1.00 for each additional item in the same order.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes we offer free standard shipping (USPS Media Mail) on all U.S. orders over $85 (before tax).
Are heavier items like box sets more expensive to ship?
No. Whether it’s a single LP, a box set, or something else, every item counts the same toward shipping.
Which carriers do you use?
Most orders are shipped via USPS Media Mail. During checkout other shipping options may be available.
When will my order ship?
We ship orders quickly; typically within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your package is on the way.
How long will it take to ship my order?
Depending on where you are in the United States in relation to Florida (where your package ships from), it may take anywhere from 3 to 7 business days starting from the time the Postal Service receives your package. Most packages are shipped via USPS Media Mail (the most economical method).
