We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be sealed, unused, and in original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
To start a return, email support@toucanrecords.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions within 1–2 business days.
