Processing Time

Shipping

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
  • Tracking is provided with all shipments.
  • We currently ship only within the United States.
  • Most orders ship via USPS Media Mail. Other shipping options may be available at checkout.
  • Upcoming Releases: Some upcoming release items may be available to purchase before their official release date. These items may ship a few days before the release date, on the release date, or shortly after the release date. Processing for upcoming releases may differ from our standard 1–2 business day processing timeframe.

Signature Required?

  • Toucan Records may require signature confirmation and/or additional payment verification on any order at our discretion, including orders flagged for fraud review, multiple related orders, or orders with differing billing and shipping information.
  • If signature is required and you are not available to sign, you may pick up your package at your local Post Office if shipped via USPS Media Mail.
  • This helps prevent your package from being stolen if it were left in public view.
  • It also helps protect vinyl records from potentially damaging weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and humidity.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted on eligible unopened items within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be sealed, unopened, and in original condition.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Exchanges may be available when replacement stock is available.

How to Start a Return

  • Email support@toucanrecords.com with your order number and reason for return within 30 days of delivery.
  • We will review your request and provide return instructions within 1-2 business days.
  • Do not send items back before receiving return instructions.

How much is shipping?

  • Shipping is a flat $5.98 for the first item and $1.00 for each additional item in the same order.

Do you offer free shipping?

  • Free standard shipping is applied automatically on qualifying U.S. orders at checkout.

Are heavier items like box sets more expensive to ship?

  • No. Whether it is a single LP, a box set, or another item, every item counts the same toward shipping.

Which carriers do you use?

  • Most orders are shipped via USPS Media Mail. During checkout, other shipping options may be available.

When will my order ship?

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
  • You will receive tracking information as soon as your package is on the way.

How long will it take to ship my order?

  • Depending on where you are in the United States in relation to Florida, delivery may take 4-7 business days starting from the time the Postal Service receives your package.
  • USPS Media Mail is the most common shipping method for standard orders.
